Give us a call regarding the rental home you are interested in. We will check availability, answer any questions you might have, and make sure the house meets your needs. To hold the reservation, we will need a credit card number.

We will send you a lease and tenant information form. You will return these with a security deposit, and first rental deposit. Once received, we will send you a reservation letter and copy of your signed lease.

Thirty days before your arrival, your second rental deposit is due. Once received, we will send you a final confirmation letter including a map with directions to the house and key location.

Within two weeks following the end of your rental, we will send you your security deposit (minus any charges for damage, outstanding bills, excessive cleaning) and a quality survey form. Many tenants at this time roll over their deposit and reserve their desired week(s) for the following summer.
